Ben Fon

I'm currently a manager at IBM Australia running a distributed team of Solaris system administrators located across two states and two countries supporting one of the largest IBM accounts in the world. It's a fun mix of people skills and dealing with enterprise high availability technologies seldom seen in other companies.

In my spare time, I like do a bit of IT strategy consulting for small business and organisations partly to keep my skillset well rounded, but mostly because I enjoy it.

Other current activities include completing a Diploma of Business, continuing to develop my photography skills, and fixing up this personal website.
